At Avon, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your beauty purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, you may return it within 45 days of the shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Avon account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or USPS mailbox depending on the carrier specified.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
